Domino’s Pizza Delivered By QuikDine

Springfield—George Thimbert totally had pizza delivered by QuikDine delivery service on Wednesday. When approached for comment Thimbert said, “well, I, uh, was jonsing for a pizza so I called the delivery service and asked them to deliver it to me. Because I was, like, hungry.”

A QuikDine representative said QuikDine, a Springfield, Missouri enterprise and the brain child of a native Springfieldian, combines three very popular and widely practiced activities: surfing the web, eating out and being dog-dang lazy.

Manager, Duggar Phelps said he’s had lots of requests for custom orders but this is the first time a customer called to order delivery from a delivery pizza chain. “We usually only offer cuisines ranging from Italian to Chinese, Mexican to sub sandwiches, salads, steaks, seafood, chicken, even the best ribs. Even breakfast. But this was the most unusual request.”

Thimbert explained that he was tired of the pizza delivery guy expecting a tip after each order, so he thought he would “ride the QuikDine express and lay low for a while”. Domino’s Pizza driver Rick Hadley recalled visiting the Thimbert home “I remember that guy stiffin’ me like three days in a row, right at 4:20 each afternoon. He did offer to ‘blaze up a dub’ which I declined as I didn’t fully understand what he was talking about.”

Thimbert said he would totally use the service again in the future because he dug the cool delivery car graphics.
